  • Personal Identification Information: When you log in using your Apple ID for syncing inventory data across devices, we only collect the necessary identification data provided by Apple for account linkage and syncing.

  • Usage Data: We collect data on how you use the App, including features accessed, AI photo analyses used (up to 15 times per day for premium users), and subscription status.

  • Device Information: Information about your device, including device type, operating system, and app version.

  • Subscription Information: Details about your subscription status and purchases managed through Apple’s in-app purchase system.

We do not collect or store payment information directly. All charges and billing are handled securely by Apple.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain app functionality, including syncing your inventory data across devices.

  • To verify subscription status and unlock premium features such as ad-free usage and AI photo analysis.

  • To improve our app, troubleshoot issues, and analyze usage patterns.

  • To communicate with you about app updates, features, and support.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information in the following cases:

  • With Apple, as necessary to manage subscriptions and account authentication.

  • With third-party service providers who assist us in operating the app and providing services, under strict confidentiality agreements.
